for me sysparm query doesn't work properly when i'm copying sysparm query from URL . you are taking sysparm query from URL but i think that is not working properly (check you are getting lot of incidents instead of INC0007002 ) . we should take sysparm query from query parmeters instead of URL.

One suggestion - if you could stop exclaiming at steps when something works or while you progress through the demo, the demo would sound good. We all know what ServiceNow is capable of. People are mostly here to understand who it works, that's all. If you have hands on, share without those exclamations, surprise, remain calm during the demo. That helps in listening to you.
