This song reminds me of the story my dad told me.During Idi Amin Dada's reign, you must walk with 'Tikiti ya msolo ',,,I think they referred it to ID card not unless you're a student and putting on a trouser indicates that you've the ID card and you must produce it in every road blocks.Was a hard time in Uganda during those days.
