The cello part in the credits is played and arranged by the amazing Tina "Wonderwoman" Guo.

This and " Christmas Truce " are two of the most evocative songs ever written . This video should be played in schools worldwide to show younger generations the utter futility of war !

I am always impressed how music is able to „transport“ such emotions (happiness, sadness or both together) ❤️ This song is a perfect example …. great !

Had the privilege of seeing SABATON in Europe pre pandemic . There shows are epic . Band Maid in 2017 took there number 1 spot . However you cannot go wrong with any song by them . All videos are fact checked for historic accuracy . Plus they own tanks ..

The math puts it into perspective: 6 miles @ 5280 Ft/Mile = 31,680 Ft. 12 in/ft = 380,160 inches / 300,000 = 1.2672 = one man dead for every inch and a quarter of ground.

actually the graveyard is as large as the battlefield more or less, 0ne grave 2x3m 300 000... if every grave was dug on site it would barely fit

Whoof. This one absolutely slays me. Hah. That kinda being the point - those poor lads. That said though and on a much more cheerful note, may I just say I LOVE the fishies on your hat? That is so cool. Have a good one, from the middle of Canada!

I shed tears every time I hear this song. I admire the old school British people so much. I do not mourn for those lost, but I thank God Men like them existed.

Another band I think you would like is Five Finger Death Punch. I would start with their song "Wrong Side of Heaven" the official video

I'm well aware of them. I'll react to songs I don't know from them. I probably only know about 6 or so. Can you recommend one, please? Other than that one. I know it. Or I can react to it anyway.

@@B-Drags-Den I like "Wash it all away", "Sham pain", "Jekyll and Hyde". If you only know the song, it would be worth reacting to the video.

Great reaction to my favourite band!🤘 This song obviously needed a 2nd chance. And Joakim Broden's voice was made for it. (With all the respect to the original). This music video is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen!! There are so many reasons why I love this band so much!! Can't wait for the next time to see them live. (It will be the 4th time😉) Why not learn some Swedish history?🤗 Check out "Carolus Rex", "Long live the King" and "Lion from the North"... Official lyric videos and all of them from the Carolus Rex album (you've already reacted to "En livstid i krig" from the Swedish version of that album). There is a music video for the "Lion from the North" with footage from the Great Tour in Europe. You have to read about the history behind the songs yourself or check out Sabaton's own history channel on YT, Sabaton History 😉 I've subscribed btw..

Hard to imagine whole towns lost every single fightimg age man in their towns. Cant imagine being 16 and deciding my life is so boring that I want to go to the front for a "adventure ". What shitty war that wasted all those lives only to be in a 2nd world war years later.
