While Vikings was an entertaining show, it had the historical accuracy of Harry Potter. Even in this what is being shown in this video, the French are using Crossbows??????.... something that didn't get used by the French for 100 years after the Viking siege of Paris... The first historical reference of Crossbows being used by the French was 947 AD at the siege of Senlis, while the Viking siege of Paris took place in 845 AD. Oh and the Vikings kinda won that, in fact the French King Charles the Bald had to give them 2,570 kilograms (5,670 lb) of silver and gold to bugger off.

vikings is a grate sirise but its history always got on my nerves the first episode is the raid on lidesfarn monetary and rangnar dose not seam to have aged between that raid and the sack of pairs witch was 50 years later

in reality the rade on lindesfarn wasin in the 793 and the sack of parice was in 845. further more wolo was born a year after ragbars raid on paris we think and was bequethed normandu in the 10th century

+Tommy Breitwieser He aged , atleast It bothered me alot that ragnar looks, compared to season 1, alot more massive in his face. Maybe it's because of the bald head and the longer beard, but he looked way younger in season 1. In season 1 he had charism, in season 3 the character seems to be more wise. The appearance shows the development of the character for me pretty well.
