Required Ingredients :
ಸಬ್ಬಕ್ಕಿ ಪಾಯಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು :
ನೈಲಾನ್ ಸಬ್ಬಕ್ಕಿ ಕಾಲು ಕಪ್ - Nylon sabudana 1/4 cup
ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಕಪ್ - sugar half cup ( 1/2 CUP )
ಹಾಲು 1 ಕಪ್ - Milk 1 cup
ತುಪ್ಪ 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - Ghee 2 tbsp
ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - Dry grapes one tablespoon
ಗೋಡಂಬಿ 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - Cashew nut 1 tablespoon
ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಕಾಯಿ 2 - Cardamom 2 nos
STEP - 1
add nylon sabudana and ghee to a hot kadai and fry for 2 minutes
STEP - 2
add a cup of water and boil
STEP - 3
now add milk to a saucepan and boil it
STEP - 4
add 1/2 cup sugar and to the kadai and boil well
STEP - 5
after sugar is melted add 1/2 cup of milk and stir well and boil for 5 minutes
STEP - 6
add 1/2 cup of milk to the kadai and stir well
STEP - 7
now add 1/4 cup of water and stir well
STEP - 8
add crushed elachi seeds and stir well
STEP - 9
boil this for 2 more minutes
STEP - 10
add a 2 tsp of ghee to a seasoning kadai , add cashew nuts and dry grapes and fry well
STEP - 11
add the seasoned dry fruits to the kadai
STEP - 12
now give a final mix and now Hotel Style Kheer is ready to be served
