@@woofbark4475 I personally think that Genesis 2:3 would disagree with this statement. Hebrews 4 I think is literally talking about and referring to Genesis 2:3. Hebrews 4:8-11 is Paul asking us followers to partake in Jesus' rest, yes, but the seventh day is still sanctified because God made it holy when He rested on that day. (Hebrews 4:3-5) Jesus also stated in John 14:15 that if you love Him, you will keep His commandments, which also includes the 4th commandment. (Exodus 20:8-11)

Those Jews who were against Jesus, they were still keeping the book of law! The Sadducees and the Pharisees were judging those who had converted to Jesus, concerning the book of law. Now that is why Paul said to the converted, let no man judged you! The book of law was blotted out! Main problem is that Christians can't even agree on which day to celebrate the Sabbath. How did it get changed from Saturday, the seventh day of the week, to Sunday in the first place?

The practice of worshiping on Sunday as the Sabbath Day, though not supported at all by the Holy Bible, was instilled by the Roman Papacy during the worldly reign of the Roman Catholic Church before the happening of the Protestant Reformation. This was to aide in the conversion of other surrounding religions who worshiped on Sunday as their own Holy Day. Not only was the day of worship changed to accommodate the surrounding converts, but many other traditions that are not supported by Scripture were adopted by the Mother Church as well. Constantine did that with early Christian's then someone ASSUMMED just because Paul had one meeting on one first day of the week he changed or made it ok. Truth is Paul knew he had knowledge he had to share before he left not knowing he would be killed never to come back and share it with them again.
