The message is that his administration has tested democratic constitution to the limit- by forcing this constitution to show commitment to equal access to health and equal access to education. These are fundamental catalytic drivers of equality- Equality can never be achieved without purification of these two pillars- Precisely because these are pillars that safe guard the achievement of sustainable upward social mobility. If the country want to do better than just solving symptoms of problems.
