Jomo Sono is the first ever soccer player I loved. I would be playing a little far from home with my friends and my family would send someone to look for me and tell me my favourite fat player is playing. I would drop everything I was doing and sprint home to watch my favourite fat player. I didn't know his name then but my family knew how much I loved and enjoyed watching him play so they'll always make sure I watched games when he was playing. He played great entertaining football ⚽️

Mjomana what star , I used to lesson to the radio when you used to play , the only time I saw you is when you played at cosmos with the likes of late Thomas Mdigage , what passes you used to spread wow what beauties.

A real soccer player should be humble. That's what Jomo Sono is.. Look at Ace Mnini's interview as well,humble Ace Mnini and cracking jokes with the late Mseleku. Ace Mnini was the best as well. He was a magician. ❤❤❤❤

Jomo Sono is the best of all time also Ace Ntsoelengoe so It can't be Jomo alone I disagree . As a player Jomo he was the best and also produced many young South African players who turned into football stars I salute him Bra J

I like these old players because I was emulating them when I was playing. I should have played for professional team,but I was poisond by jealosy members of the family as I grew up. I had no protector because they killed my father first. I was also tipped to be one of the best in South Africa. I could feel it in my blood. The fortune tellers also told me that I wS highly gifted,but my fathers brothers poisoned me,because of jealousy. I played but always having pains in my body.My feet were swelling.... But I still played ver good football. So,lets appreciate the the talent of our players because its a gift from God,as Jomo said. "Pele 's talent was a gift from God". Yes,I agree Mjomane,but also the discipline and passion of soccer a person has,makes that person unbelievable,always horning your skills,working hard and believing in what you can do. ❤❤❤❤❤ 13:46

I know,him that he is funny. That's why also I defended him ,when he was compared to Tito and he teased Tito,not with disrespect or jealousy,but as a senior player... That was done to a lot of younger players by senior players during those days,that the stronger players will tease the younger player,to make him strong. But honestly speaking Jomo Sono was a great player,he cannot be compared to these young modern players.... He was stronger,bigger more aggressive talented and more accurate. It's comparing an ant and an elephant,guys... But still I support these young players to grow big as well. But I cannot compare them with Jomo Sono... Not even with other players ,old players like Shuffle Mkhari,Ace Nsoelengoe, Ace Mnini,Sugar Ray Xulu,kagiso Mogale,Shaka Ngcobo,Malombo Lichaba,Webster Lichaba,etc. They paved the way for our new players... Jomo was exceptional, guys. Jealous down... I played soccer as well. I know his level of play,together with his counterpart,Ace Nsoelengoe... Top class players... Cannot be compared here in South Africa. Compare Jomo with Pele.or Maradonna. Compare Ace Nsoelengoe with Ronaldinho of Brazil.or Baggio of Italy or Zinedine Zidane❤❤❤❤

Jomo is hallucinating, there's no way his average team will win anything, in fact they are going back to relegation and I hope never to be back this time. Jomo didn't do himself a favor by his addiction to money, selling all his quality players and never replaying them with anything.
