As a Zimbabwean living abroad, it's amazing how African way of thinking differs sharply to other regions of the world, Zanu pf regime under both Mugabe and Mnangagwa committed a genocide in the 1980s killing over 40 000 people, they then began to mismanage and loot the country of $ billions , oppressed any opposition or media, oppressed minority groups, finally destroyed the whole economy forcing millions into poverty and to emigrate to other countries, yet some people in Africa give them space and regard them as heroes. At this rate of thinking, Africa might never catch up to the rest of the world.

Yes Mugabe was bad nobody disagrees with that and him resigning was just the best thing for both the country and him, the guy was old and unable to perform his duties as the head of state. But choosing the current one as a successor was the greatest mistake ever done by Zimbabweans.Right now even the so called generals who helped in this illegal process regret. Any Zimbabwean in his/her right now mind is even thinking Mugabe's time was better,which is a very disturbing thing.We all expected better ED disappointed the people of Zimbabwe.The only way right now he can make it up for this is by creating a democratic environment for a free and fair election.
