Why is the state wasting time on locating these cellphones on towers etc..is it a mandate that one's cellphone cannot be borrowed to a girlfriend, wife, husband or boyfriend...it adds no value to say this cellphone connected to this tower on so and so date and time...or this cellphone made a call or received an sms when the content of the conversation is not available..it helps NOTHING coz the accused will just deny it wasn't me using the cellphone then WHAT?
