Even now this Judge shows how heartless he can be. He asked Adv. Baloyi to read sick note into record, which I don't think it is sinister, but sinister part is when he said he did it, so that JP can see he is not the one with playing games. Insinuating that Adv. Mngomezulu is in the playing games mode. I wonder if he is immune from being sick. He spoke about the court that is compassionate when he wanted to postponed the case for the duration of Gininda's exams.

Lawyers, both on the defense and State side, normally play games in court but I agree that Mngomezulu illness was obvious to see. They even had the aircon on when the man was clearly suffering under the aircon. When Pinky was sick we were told bout this specific court being compassionate. The judge's behaviour in this instance leaves a bad taste. When Gininda wanted to delay his testimony we were told about "ubuntu" by this very court.
