​@@garudzoziyaduma6137 As we speak the MK is saying e-tolls should have been privatised. By the way, no privatisation is planned at Transnet. They are planning what is already happening with the toll roads. It's called a concession. A private company runs certain operations for a particular period of time, usually 30 years, but the state continues to be the owner.
