Sabir CM - Power Tempest - [Bread] Guild Wars 2 Raids

A solid/fun choice, but with how flat the damage profile is for power tempest, I don't think it's ever going to be a top pick on this boss. However I couldn't resist the chance to try it, especially since you can "rebound" shockwaves for your sub-group. Sadly I had to cancel and air overload in p2 for that as I was too slow in my rotation.
