Next time always do a taste test when the food arrives so that you can avoid such incidences. Also cool the biryani under fan in a large plate n then refrigerate if ordering early as biryani has curd and the hotel starts prep in the mornings. To take it in a positive way, this is a lesson we all learnt thru ur vlog❤ Smile😊

Always keep in mind order biriyani or pulav maximum 2 or 3 hrs before having it. Due to temperature inside the house it tends to get spoiled. If u have ordered it early, once it cool keep it in the fridge & than heat it when required

Hopefully u shared the feedback with the restaurant? Biryani shouldn’t get slimy after heating, unless it’s cooked previous day…i remember first time we ordered biryani after moving to Bangalore was from an Andhra style restaurant. We had no idea it will be so spicy… we could literally see red chilly powder all over the rice! Chicken al faham from Moritz restaurant was always very tasty ( don’t know if they provide the same quality now), but twice we had ordered Kolkata style biryani from two very well renowned home chefs in Bangalore, and both times it was a disaster… once the chicken was undercooked, hard as stone, and the second time they delivered it stale… the moment we opened the container, the smell was stomach wrenching!!! Congrats to Mithun once again… big successes always demand big parties with like minded individuals ❣️🤗

Always during a party keep biryani in the fridge 2-3 hours bfr n say 45 mins pehle usko tava pe dum pe chadha do to heat it nicely on slow flame for 40 mins bfr guests come,you can try this way,we usually do that😊its ok our friends are always understanding

Soumali, as the food was hot and kept in a deep vessel it got spoilt. Maybe next time you can keep it in a tray where air passes through which won't spoil the biryani. Hope this helps

Hi.. Soumali Actually the potatoes in the biriyani makes it spoil..nxt time try to keep the rice, potatoes and chicken/mutton separately.. Request the restaurant to send separately.. That will help to prevent spoiling. Same for mixed fried rice.. With prawns once cool down try to keep in fridge uncovered..then warm it before serving.
