Great stuff, we did this track about a month ago in a Triton and Isuzu and the section where you kept right instead of left was a good call. That section for a standard vehicle was very interesting, we did it and it was very nerve wrecking.

When going on a rocky route, some advice given to me with my unmodified SUV is to carry spare diff oil and engine oil along with Pratley Quickset Putty Steel. If a rock damages a sump or diff or transfer case, you can patch it up and at least get home. And then cry.
