Probably the coolest detail for these pirate covers is that they recorded and mixed all the instruments separately, and if you talk to one of the crew as they play, their instrument will drop off while their speech bubble is active.

The amount of love poured into this game is insane. I spent a lot of time watching the pirates playing. They actually "play" the instruments, sweet detail. Also gotta love the fact that the tracks were recorded from scratch all over again, played on real instruments, it's not just a remix. I'm rooting for you guys tomorrow on the Game Awards! Signed up just to vote for Sea of Stars, on both categories. The world needs to know about this gem.

Although it's a super small detail it honestly kind of blew me away how when you talk to any of them, their respective instrument pauses, which means all of the individual instrument tracks are actually playing simultaneously, rather than just being one audio file. It's something that could have been so easily overlooked yet is a really nice detail I feel most games wouldn't have bothered with.

Sea of Stars is the true spiritual heir of Chrono Trigger. Chapeau. This music is great and it will accompany my days for a long time, it is like a little piece of childhood coming back.

This is the best part of the music imo. This is perfect. Just goes to show how talented and skilled and right ppl at the right place can and will create something so beautiful as this game. I loved the messenger aswell for alot of the same qualities. Fun, good music, fun gameplay and interesting char and story and the love of attention to details even small once alot might miss. U put ur heart into this and u can feel it all the way.

The music in this game is already a masterclass. But being able to hear them with other instruments is so awesome! I legit couldn't believe when I heard them playing the battle team an I passed several minutes just listening to the songs. What a great game, what a wonderful soundtrack!

So much detail in the soundtrack to this game..the abundance of tracks in each area...night/day differences and the Pirate remixes. Great game would reccommend playing right through with full completion !

The video description: Performed by Celtic Metal Dude Celtic Metal Dude channel first video: Rise Again- Equilibrium Acoustic cover ...
