3rd puzzle room. when you hit the switch and the archway rotates enter the archway and look right and downward. leviosa a block up and into the gateway so when you flip it back there is a chest on the ground.

You don't actually need both boxes as a stepping stone. Simply grab the first block, stand ontop of it, and cast levioso. It will rise up with you on it. Then you can just jump the gap pretty easily

When he summons the colored orbs at the last fight - you can cast that color spell and get good damage and a small stun on the boss.

@@NicoleM97 it just depends on what color the orb is that he is going to be casting. just keep a yellow, red, and purple spell at the ready for that battle and you will be good to go

For the puzzle at 3:20 theres a box over to the right low on a plinth. If your put it in the center part it will turn into a chest after you shoot the device to turn things from the statue side which opens the path onward.

10:36 when it makes a purple or yellow orb, your suppose to hit it with a purple or yellow spell and the orb will blow up and damage the guardian

Thanks, this was very helpful. Which kid would ever be able to figure this out? Tip: if you upgrade your spells through talents, hitting the marks in the trials becomes almost impossible. So maybe you're not lacking skills but merely aren't hitting the marks properly because of the upgrades. I had to hit those targets with all my might in order to get the archways moving.

Thanks man, all I needed your guide for was to tell me how stupid I was actually, for the one room where the only goal is to get the chest, I thought it was more important than that and was trying to get up onto the ledge and it was making me want to jump off a cliff in real life. I think these are designed poorly, but still a great game overall. They could have done better on these trials though, imho. I don't know why game designers always default to puzzles? Why not make it more of a mystery in how to defeat certain enemies or more of a stealth thingy? Anything but these damn puzzles.

If your referring to this one at 02:00 in the side room, walk backwards while pushing UP on the Right Thumb stick (R3) and it should go up over the gate. I have it set at Accio which automatically casts Wingardium after.

You could have shown how to destroy the orb when it is building up ! Hit the orb with a purple or yellow spell when it’s charging. Depending on the charging colour. It explodes, dealing great damage to the guardian.

Wingardium leviosa holds them if you hold the trigger down. Levioso doesn’t.

You missed the chest (3rd section) to the right when you go through the arch, (lower platform) you have to put it on the other side before spinning the arch back. Good run though.

Yeah those portals can be tricky. If walking through it from alternate sides does not make him visible, just have to walk around each side to see him at certain angles and make him walk through it towards you.

I missed a few chests and can't get it anymore. I do love this game but the developers should atleast have made it possible to return back to a previous room if you missed something because the door can't get open anymore. I hate the fact how they put some chests in impossible places.

The puzzles are only completely stupid in the trials, but I agree with you, they are fucking awful. I would say the puzzles in that Jedi Fallen order are worse. What frustrated me so much on this was is that one of the rooms, I spent an extra 30 minutes trying to get up onto a ledge when I didn't even need to, the whole point of the damn room was just to open a crappy chest and get a crappy piece of gear. Of course I had no way of knowing this, since the game explains virtually nothing in these trials. I can't let it bother me to much though, because it doesn't change the fact that 98% of this game is fucking awesome. It's just so obvious though that the person designing these puzzles in the trials is a moron.
