(@17:12) "I need to setup a little solar farm area..." - Sabouts; I think your energy problem is probably connected to a lack of solar power from a certain mechanoid sun-blocker. More solar panels won't solve that problem. (@34:28) "Oh, the solar- the sun blocker has been destroyed!" -Sabouts; Ummm, yay? Crisis averted by doing nothing. That's good for you, but as someone watching the series, and hoping for entertaining action, I have mixed feelings about that turn of events. (@37:47) "...now that the mechs, caused a little bit of destruction, but... with the sun blocker out of the way, we'll just let the mechs keep wandering the map, fighting zombies until they inevitably die," -Sabouts; So the lesson here is "do nothing and prosper"? Worthwhile, but hardly entertaining. Sigh... Sabouts, if you're wondering why I haven't posted much about this series it's because of one main reason... sadly... it's boring. It's boring because it's predictable. The city start gives you everything you could ever need, your survivors start with godlike skills, your robots handle the drawback caused from not getting new colonists, the zombies aren't a threat, they're a benefit, as they defeat the only real threats you ever face: raiders, manhunters, bugs, and mechanoids. And even as a pseudo-threat zombies are a bit of a joke. I've seen it time and again, 1000+ zombies spawn in! Wow! That is, until they wander into any random building, set it on fire, and kill themselves. Problem solved and you didn't even need to lift a finger. I know that's not your fault and the mod's creator really should have the event spawn multiple smaller groups along all sides of the map instead of one mega-horde... but it's boring to watch because I already know how it will end. My suggestion, install the mod that creates the fog of war effect. Do that and you suddenly lose the ability to scan the map for goodies or know where the next zombie will appear... do that and I think it will restore the thrill to the series again. For me at least, as I don't speak for anyone else. But that's my 2 cents.

Man if only they dropped in the mech base with no autonomous units...it would have locked down that entire corner for you. They sure did a heck of a number on those zombies Keep em coming man, base is looking good! (increase the size of your storage for stone/steel it won't deteriorate outdoors and it saves space for your gear indoors)

Is there any way to reduce the lag? Everytime I have even 300 zombies on the map, the lag is very noticeable. It's not a hardware issue for sure, as no other game has lag.

Do you have the tech to make mortars? Should be useful to counter sieges and to try to destroy big slow clusters that look too scary

I sagest mining in to the small mountain next to where the zombie fuel refinery is going to go and put your fuel in the mountain. that way it cant get shelled. Then make it a freezer so bugs cant spawn.
