I've always had the impression that Sabertooth ALWAYS, even in in redemption arcs, knew what he did was evil and wrong. Wolverine has always struck me as a man trying to deny his evil deeds, or trying to make up for them by being "good." Like Wolverine never really faces what he's done, he kinda just gets away with being evil in his past because people like him. Thing is, he was a brutal evil killer like Sabertooth longer than he's been a good guy soooooo....

His berserker rage is part of his animalistic mutation and shouldn’t happen if his powers are nullified. Also, since his healing isn’t bolstering his muscles and stamina anymore, lifting his metal skeleton would be painful. Also hitting anything. Imagine what the skin on your hands would look like if you had metal bones and you punched something repeatedly? They would look like shredded meat very quickly.

Nah. His berserker rage is a soldier PTSD fury meltdown kicking in. When a person has a powerful electric shock that throws them across a room that’s not the electricity doing it. That’s human muscles firing all at once at full power. Know what happens when a normal human loses the restraint of the impulse to prevent self harm along with rational thought? Access to that level of physical power without the brain processing pain in a meaningful way.

This story is a microcosm of like every Wolverine trope lol. Sabertooth, Wolverine getting mind controlled and forced to kill people he cares about, losing his healing factor, etc. They can do the funniest thing ever by having Wolverine beat Sabertooth by finding his inner peace and remembering he's actually one of the most proficient martial artists in the world then have some great tragedy befall him that forces him back into his old lifestyle

The problem with this storyline is that there's no justification for its ending being anything other than Wolverine either killing Sabretooth (and I mean dead; no brain damage due to claws through the chin into the brain), locking him away somewhere he can't be found or escape from, or just physically destroying him so bad that regeneration can't fix it. Unless its Jean or Professor X literally destroying Sabertooth's mind.

I get it now @comicsexplained Sabertooth reason for hating Wolverines! Sabertooth suffers from abandonment! All these years I couldn’t figure out why he hated Wolverine so much and now I know! Wolverine was the only one that was more like a brother who was closely similar to Sabertooth personality and he left him like his dad did, the one person he loved had treated him like an animal. But Sabertooth thought he found someone who understood the nature of who is and Wolverine was with him through thick and thin in the beginning and then he had left him just like his dad did and he could never forgive Wolverine for that after all they been through as a team….no, as brothers!

But it was insane, I could hear people's heartbeats, see for miles, and I ran like 40mph leaped onto a moving truck (amazed at these abilities that came from nowhere, and chasing these kidnappers in a fleeing truck, ridiculous I know lol) and that's when the claws popped and it burned so bad down my forearms and my hands felt like they were on fire, but then it stopped instantly! Healing factor kicked in and I carved the roof of the truck in one slice... this is still THE COOLEST dream I've ever had, and one of the only truly memorable ones lol

Forge is also a shaman and has mystic powers. There are a ton of folks that put Tony Stark and the iron man suits in a weird place like Bochs/Box and such. But those are all old stories and I think even marvel has forgotten about them. I was quite excited to see forge in the new x-men series and it follows the comics of the same era, albeit a bit changed up, though that might just be my old memories getting fuzzy.
