My heart actually breaks to see how underrated this song is, currently just sat at 707k views? It makes you realise everything that is wrong with this world when such a beautiful song is so underappreciated... but then I guess the quality pearls and rubies in this world can only be admired by those with taste. I love this song... it got me through so many sad days and now when I listen back to it, it brings warmth and happiness to my heart, serving as a reminder of how I got through the dark days. Happiness only stems from the beauty and strength of our broken hearts. That's the weird thing about life... sometimes you realise that you alone are enough. I think she means "you" as in "the relationship". Saying she is sane and has always been ok until this relationship turned into a nightmare because of something he/she did that is haunting her. Yes it is something you should be able to control, and you could go to therapy (should actually, after something like that.) but I believe it is clear the problem isn't the "you" part, but the hurting and nature of the relationship.
