sabudana is very popular in Bengali Families. Try this too: soak sabudana in plain water for 5/6 hours. Take it out, mix it with banana, Misti doi or milk, add small pieces of different fruits & dry fruits, add as per taste honey or sugar or brown sugar. Now take. It will keep you cool.

thanks for the simple and easy video..tried it it ..came out well.and also made an addition of lemon juice . if we add bit a little bit of lemon juice over it after finishing ( not too much ) it and mix it well preferably after cooling the sabhudhana khichdi ..it seems to taste even more great !

VERY NICE.. A great tip Kabitaji..of mixing coarsely grounded peanuts to sabudana so that the excess moisture can be absorbed and the khichdi becomes very non sticky..
