Eventhough it's satisfying to see so much removed, it's extremely irritating to see them NOT completely empty out the pores, NOT squeezing again or a bit harder to ensure all is gone - when it is clearly visible there is still stuff that stays in the pores

Maybe the people are too sensitive for that extra squeeze. These are real people with nerve endings and this is not a painless procedure. Maybe if they can be taught to exfoliate and use cleansers then that will help more than constant extractions. I appreciate the pops, but I know it hurts for them.

To let their nose recover+the rest of their face also needed extraction treatment Doesn't mean they didn't go back to the client's nose later,or even at at a further session Given how bad this client's face is/was,it would take most probably take quite a few sessions to clear properly

This man isn't because I'd beat you to it. I had a cyst on my back a few years ago, got out the alcohol, a scalpel and damned near dislocated my shoulder reaching around to pop the damned thing out. I had to make a hole about a quarter inch long and half an inch deep (the cyst was quite big). It refilled twice then never came back. I remember grabbing the sack with tweezers and yanking it out. Yes I could feel all of that and no I didn't care. I absolutely can't stand crap in my flesh that don't belong.

@@nunyabiznez6381 Done that to. And pulled out my own tooth with sterilized needle nose pliers. Unfortunately I have hooked roots and a root stayed behind, dentist said if it wasn't for that I did a great job.

I think it gets to the point with a nose like that where the client just can’t take anymore. I don’t think I could go through much more than this person. I’d have to come back another day after I’d gotten over that session.
