Half keratin or pus is extracted, another half is left inside pores. It's better not to clean a face at all than clean this way. In a couple of weeks this poor client will have even worse problems with his skin. I just wonder who agrees to pay for such a "care"?

If you squeeze out the whole of the pus at this stage you risk brown scarring and pitting of the skin as you damage the collagen. The client will likely come back multiple times and at each session the pore will push up pus until the keratin plug is pushed up and out.

It seems she is so rushed and it looks like maybe she's not getting the pores cleaned. Thuy is one of the better ones to get the job done. This is only my opinion though.

Aren't they supposed to go after the cyst sack as well as the sebum, too? I fear they will refill and become inflamed if the sac isn't removed at time.

These are not cysts. These are blackheads and other “comedones.” (Open and closed comedones.) There’s not really a “sack” with these. (Though occasionally you might see a thin little “capsule” of skin with these. But it’s not the same thing as a cyst-wall sack.) It’s epidermoid cysts that have a sack that needs to be removed or the cyst will re-form right where it’s at. Sometimes it all looks alike, it can be hard to see a difference! ☺️

She's leaving the pores half full and this is only going to cause them to refill again and much sooner because the pores are open, to really get them to go away you must be sure to empty the pores completely and not leave them half full
