Yeah, Dr Pimple Popper would be horrified at the amount of bruising! That's the difference between a Dr surgery & a Beauty Spa, at the Spa they can't open you up enough as they don't have anaesthetic or sutures-the muck has to go out through too small a hole. Often when this much pressure is needed, the sac bursts backwards, making a bigger hole & making it difficult to get every last bit of the muck out, ending up with an infection worse than the Pimple/blackhead/cyst/steatastoma's was in the first place! Go to a dermatology practitioner, they do have excellent medicine for prevention these days!

I know about removing the sac and all that but take a moment to consider the patient and practitioner. The sacs won't refill over night, it will take some time giving the patient lump free skin for some time without expensive medical treatment bills. Also, not every single one of them will refill. Plus, the practitioner has to work within her skill and training boundaries, and she does a good job. So yeah, watch Sandra Lee if you are going to obsess about sacs!

Yes, did you read that ugly comment a woman left, I did not like that saying these people needed to get their harmones checked. My father had bad pimples on his back, mine was more on the back than face never did I have them bad even on my back but more on the back than face. My arms underneath I use to pick at hard calcium deposits well it left me with white scars, not bad but it’s like a spotted white pigmentations but it was caused by me picking all the time and the same with my scalp for hours I’d pick at my scalp. See I was spared not having any of mine to get to this degree. Being in nursing you learn that what you think you can’t do yes you can if you follow sanitary rules and when you do it all the time it does not bother you. Now believe this or not you can always ask on things you think is not true, doctors are also taught smells yes something may be gross but it’s a way for them to be able to make a correct decision. My doctor laughed at me for not knowing I had trapped a tampon inside of me I had put others in behind one still in me, least to say that was a costly mistake but when he did a pap he put it to his nose no not on it but close enough to know I was not with gang green. I was totally embarrassed. Wonder how many women has done that? My hardest to get use to was retrieving a Clem ball in a woman’s throat she had MS, Mercer did not bother me like that but you still have to be nice to be any kind of nurse or doctor. My being raised as a farm girl helped you saw a lot with farm animals.

Looks much less unpleasant than the condition Hidradenitis Suppurativa that I have seen on some popping videos, where women have angry inflamed lesions in their armpits (and also sides of groin and underboobs). An autoimmune disease of the sweat glands. The lesions are drained, but are still angry, swollen and red. I don't know if it's as prevalent in Vietnam as in the west.

@MJ Valderrama They're called Milia. She's literally doing these extractions wrong. You can seen the pinpoint bleeding around the two deep ones, suggesting bruising later on. She did this extraction so wrong that she both didn't remove the sac, AND she bruised/ harmed the patient by squeezing when she should have surgically extracted those. So. Yes. She hurt the patient.
@carolynwoolman30682 жыл бұрын
She does do a very good job of going after content she knows is still inside. Many don’t even do a second check to feel if a large amount is still inside. Great job for the patient to not walk out with half empty areas.

Steatcystoma is the condition she’s treating and it’s impossible for an aesthetician to get all of it because it will always grow back unless the sac is removed by a dermatologist with a minor surgical procedure for every single one, sometimes they are very deep and big and stitches are necessary.

They don’t, they are totally doing it wrong. They are not removing the sac and the are creating a very dangerous and big opportunity for infection. The largest organ in your body is your skin, that getting infected can literally kill you. These people are reckless.
@sm32963 жыл бұрын
I agree they do not know what they are doing. Unless the sac that holds everything is also removed it will only fill again, and now the underlying skin is traumatized from trying to squeeze from such a small hole. It’s painful to see how much trauma is inflicted.
@anastasios05132 жыл бұрын
@@rachaelthomason8455 the sacs for these are thin and almost nonexistent, and don't really need to be removed. Besides, this is generally a genetic condition where they will come back anyway. Finally, the practitioner is an esthetician not a doctor. If there were a sac needing removal, they wouldn't be allowed to do it anyway but could only refer to a doctor...which is not within reach of a lot of people in Vietnam. This is likely periodic maintenance/relief work.
