有用到巧克力的蛋糕，用竹籤測試可能會不準，因為巧克力遇熱是呈現融化狀，這款蛋糕的濕料沒有很多，完成的麵糊是偏稠，所以很容易烤熟，你看它表面乾燥並有一點微裂，基本都是熟了。至於存放，它真的放一天後味道更升級。😊

Sacher torte's sponge cake part is a little bit denser than usual sponge cake, it tastes soft, moist but firm, and delicious with layer of jam and covered with chocolate glazing. 😊
