It’s mainly bc the lack of creature diversity in the oceans, leading to less people wanting to play fully aquatic creature, leading to oceans being empty and even less players having motivation to pick aquatic creatures. I feel like if there were 6-8 official aquatic creatures, oceans would definitely be used more

@@Som3one366I see a lot of people play aquatics but you have to make sure your not killed when trying to go far inland to the rivers near crater. And it’s a very small killing area so have fun constantly battling with not many places to hide

finally some appreciation for the community mod teams that do just as good of a job for NO MONEY. For some reason lots of POT players only play official Dino’s and never touch modded Dino’s, despite there being no difference at all. Hopefully it’ll change, even the gaming beaver at first wasn’t too sure about modded creatures until he tried one out and had to accept that they are identical models to the official creatures.

@@indorfan duck, bars, Trike, Stego, Amky, all immune to being hunted. Carnis literally have to run from corpse to corpse scavenging while getting solo'd by Pachys and Albertas ffs

@@BugattiONE666 stego is not immune to being hunted lol, also the point of ano is that it's super defensive and even then you can kill it. Also carnis don't have to scavenge? You can take down herbivores, maybe you could practice on a death match server

While I agree having mods is a nice feature this game really needs to focus on gameplay. The fighting controls and how you build up your dinosaurs is not fun at all. I hate picking up acorns, instead I think if you had AI dinosaurs you could hunt (as a carnivore) or AI dinosaurs that would try to attack you or your nest (as a herbivore) it would be a much better way to play.

Honestly I dislike it because it's balance is awful. It has 1k hp, insane defense, insane dmg with bone break and it's swim speed is 50 more than a sarcos. 1v1 against any aquatic or semi aquatic and it wins. It can just bone break a land animal and easily kill them without trouble because it can keep up the damage and bone break.

That's kinda the point isnt it? It's meant to be the big scary water predator that eats everything, and you can counter it by going on to land as a semi or just swimming away before it bonebreaks you as an aquatic

@@indorfan i mean it's basically maxx stat in everything hp, defense, attack,swim speed and high weight. Their should be a balance and it's turn speed is also crazy fast even on land. Zero balance behind it and it's crazy. Imagine a land dino having high hp,very high dmg attacks with bone break, second fastest, high combat weight also can tank damage if that's how you wanna build it.

Get a pc or console. Not saying it to be rude but if you want better graphics, then you'll have to play on those platforms. If it's a money issue, I suggest saving. Put $100 a month back and in 5 months you can get a next gen console.
