I know this comment is a little late, but this is genuinely one of the most beautifully tuned covers I've ever heard, and it makes me want to check out Sachiko even more. omg, Sachiko sounds amazing here! and i've been obsessed with a utaite cover of this song as well, so what a coincidence of timing! while i'm not a big fan of the original instrumental with other vocaloids, this has to be one of the few covers i actually love! thank you for making her sing in a range that suits her instead of just slapping her onto the original instrumental like most would've! i've noticed you lean more towards more powerful vocals, very nice. :)

But I'll always be obssesed with Meiko Haigo's live version, no matter how technically imperfect the audio is or how flawed her singing is is, the funky and rock vibes are so addictive that I don't care even if they kill the jazzy calm ones... (I do enjoy calm music too, but I don't know why all the music I love and most of the things I produce end up being somehow powerful ;_;) Anyway, I was never a fan of the original key and instrumental either and the live cover was the reason why I liked this song in the first place and without it this cover would have never existed by the way, sorry for the long reply xD

@@mckatherineyeah, i get it! sometimes there's such great covers, but then there's that one cover where your like, "i dunno, i kinda like this more despite it not being as "perfect" as the others" (and i get you, i love calming songs, but anything upbeat is more of my jam, haha) and yeah, sometimes people just need to change the original key or something else (like acoustic or something) and then boom, i might love it more than the original! this also applies with voice you use and the range you give them (make them too high or low unnaturally, you might just sour your chances of me loving it) lol, no worries, i actually love long replies!

@@memeow yup, you can analyze things as objective as you want but when your subjective part likes something you cannot do anything about it! xD And I also have experienced that feeling of magically liking a song I didn't like in the past just because I changed the key playing with the pitch or because someone else did a cover changing it! And I also think that vocaloid users should pay more attention to vocal ranges. Yes, they are singing machines and can technically sing any note from C1 to C8, but only a few of those notes sound actually good. I'm so tired of people complaining about Luka V2 having a weird heavy voice when it's obvious that she'll sound like that when everything they do is forcing her to sing super high songs that are far from her range, and the same goes for composers that write songs for altos and force Miku or Rin to sing them... (although those last cases are the rarest because vocaloid songs are usually super high pitched)

Hahhaha thank you so much!! :'D That makes me really glad!!! And as for that effect of making each letter individual, in the Properties of the Text (where you apply the effects, change the position, etc) there's a box called "1char1obj" which you have to check in order for the animation effects to affect the characters individually. There are some effects like "Scatter" that only work when that option is enabled and you can also play with the vDisplay (some effects have their own configurations for the vDisplay for when each character is aniamted separately) But it took me so long to figure this out and it's kind of unfair that having so many experienced users in Aviutl you have to figure out this kind of things for yourself since they won't tell you anything unlike in other communities... I wonder if they do it on purpose because before knowing this I thouht they just were super dedicated people that made a separate text object for each character to do that...
