[NEW QAWWALI] KI MUHAMMAD SE WAFA | YASSER DESAI | ALLAMA IQBAL

Shikwa (Urdu: شکوہ‎) and Jawab-e-Shikwa (Urdu: جواب شکوہ‎) are poems written by well known Urdu language poet Muhammad Iqbal.
In Shikwa the ‘Allama complains to God for the deplorable condition of the Muslim world and society and prays for help. In Jawab-e-Shikwa, he relays the response given by God to Muslims. The details of the response are generally restricted to the Muslims’ own faults.

What a beautifully sung by Yasser Desai. These lines (From Shikwa & Jawab-e-Shikwa) were written by Sir Allama Iqbal and sung by many artists. One of the best versions may be attributed to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. But after listening to this version of 'Shikwa & Jawab-e-Shikwa' by Yasser Desai I got goosebumps and can surely say, Yasser Desai gave proper justice to the lyrics and nailed this beautiful nazm.
