'SACP cabinet members were at ANC's GNU event'

Despite expressing strong views against the GNU, SACP first deputy
general secretary Madala Masuku tells Xoli Mngambi that some of their
members of cabinet attended the ANC's 100 days' reflection since the
GNU formation.
The alliance partner snubbed the ANC's invitation to attend the event,
objecting to the inclusion of parties like the DA in the GNU.

They are just trying to iterate their communist believes, trying to capture the GNU through those ANC members that also joined the SACP. Their fight is against those ANC members within the GNU that does not hold to their communist ideology. Also, those members who did not listen to their prescript to the ANC when they told them not to agree to a partnership with the DA. You see, the ANC has been prescribed to by the SACP from the start and is still in partnership with the SACP and Cosatu. That is why someone like Malema finds it so easy to capture the minds of the youth, his own mind has also been captured by them and he has never changed again, therefore he is imprinting his views and the viees of the SACP on the minds of the youth (brainwashing)
