Thanks for sharing this. The other comments made it sound like it’s an energizer. I got into these all night binaural beats recordings (which gratefully play through the night) because I was having a difficult time with sleep and was afraid to try this. Also, the dreams, I was injured in a traumatic incident 18 years ago and haven’t dreamt since, which I thought was because of my brain injury, but I’m learning it may be a trauma reaction, and I’m about to start EMDR and thought this recording may be helpful, plus I’m needing some work on this chakra and was excited about the other energetic comments. I dont know why, but lately, I've been having strange, psychosomatic sensations close to the navel area. I check and I am physically well. There is no inflammation or visible problems. Yet a sensation remains, something akin to a feeling of distress. As if i was still somehow attached to an umbilical cord that was made of pure, dark oil. My body is simply wicking it up as if I was gestating in a womb of pure darkness. I'm trying this out to see if it helps.

The only way to clear blockages, which are often based in some form of fear, is to sit with them long enough to see thru them.. The Dark entity that wasn't there was You.. The Hopelessness you felt in that moment was a taste of how your true self feels everytime you choose to be anything less than your best self
