The Sacral Chakra or “Svadhisthana” is the second primary chakra and is located in the pelvic area. The gift of the Sacral Chakra is experiencing our lives through feelings and sensations, pleasure and enjoyment. The Sacral Chakra is associated with the emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. The energy of the Sacral Chakra allows us to experience every moment as it is, in its own fullness. It allows us to let go and to feel change and transformation occurring within our body.
Orange, the color our Sacral Chakra is associated with, is assisting in the process of sacral chakra opening, sacral chakra balancing, sacral chakra healing and sacral chakra cleansing in order to restore the primary connection to sensuality, creativity and feelings within ourselves.
All instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 288Hz, a frequency our Svadhisthana or Sacral Chakra can resonate with. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 288 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 288 Hz after completion. Your flute and water editions are my absolute favorite and most effective the last going on 3 weeks! ❤️❤️❤️ Week one I used the solar plexus. Week two I used the root chakra. And now I'm on week 3 doing my sacral. I read in a comment somewhere on a meditation video that working on your lower chakras is like working out your legs in the gym, it's literally the most important part because our legs hold us up. Don't get discouraged babies! Work on the lower chakras for a few weeks, breathe off the fumes or fears so you can begin those upper chakras after you've worked out "those legs". 🙏🌼🏹🦋

I felt this one in my heart

I am starting to somewhat visualize my sacral chakra. Everything around me is this scarlet-orange honey goop, but it doesn't hinder my movement. Instead, everything is slow, so I'm able to feel like I have my coordination back to enjoy things as they should be. The goop is well, juicy and organic, but I can't visualize the connection to my root. Also I visualize the chakra as not bright, but extremely dim and dark. As if its been snuffed out. So much has happened this summer that my life feels as if it will never be the same. ❤️‍🩹
