There are areas where the water is up to the edge of roadways and one levee has already breached with more rain coming. I lived in Sacramento for 10 years & am well aware of how and where it floods there. And be nice, jagoff !

omg i remember this! i lived in oak park came over to bbq in the rain like usual and saw this blew me away. looks like the freat 1860 flood you in fact we as cali ppl should be ready for another massive flood all up and down the cali map stay safe yall more days of sun more rain to come.

And today. 3-21-2018 a year later , the feds water resources let all the water out of folsom & nimbus , ops calif. Drout restictions all over again Great Job. Guys , are you taking money from L A to let it all go ?????? And kill off our Salmon !!! Trump needs to look into this Drout Corruption ! Ovale got 51 inches of rain last year just saying
