I would say the Bay Area has been a shit hole since the 60s and by the 80s crack took it to the next level. To you’re point; poor politics has not helped. Today it’s blues and whatever else druggies and dealers can get their hands on. Nothing has changed in my opinion. Trump claims he will change the American drug problem; immediately. I hope he wins!
