The Xbox Ban Exploit of 2023. Another fine addition to this year's collection of what's wrong with Xbox. It's like every year, there's something wrong with Xbox. In 2022, we had the Xbox Ban Wave. This year, we have the Xbox Ban Exploit, where innocent gamers can get banned within in a click of a button by some Xbox Hacker. Good stuff, Microsoft! Can't wait to see what you have in store for us in 2024!
The Xbox Ban Exploit is a tool that used within the Xbox GameBar app on PC, where an Xbox Hacker can ban a player by using 6 different gamertags to spam send report traffic to the gamer's gamertag, resulting in an account ban, and eventually a permanent ban. They also have the power to reveal IP Addresses on Xbox and steal credit cards? Maybe? In this video, we spoke with an Xbox Account Hacker that apparently has the Xbox Ban Exploit menu. We actually confronted him before as the Xbox Karen, after he was caught scamming and hacking other players on Xbox.
This gentleman was kind enough to show us my account info or something from the Xbox Ban Exploit menu. He also showed off a stolen credit card. He is quite the maniac... Toward the end of the party chat, he said things will happen to me in 4 hours. I was never banned or swatted. Not sure if my luck is beginning to turn or he was bluffing. Whatever the case is, we learned a little more about this Xbox Ban Exploit thingy.
Since the Xbox Ban Exploit is often used within a party chat, it is associated with the GameBar app on PC. That's how Xbox Hackers have access to a menu on PC for their Xbox. Not sure why Microsoft never saw this coming. Anyway, it's not only used in Xbox party chats. If you're targeted, there's not much you can do. Xbox Hackers can still find your gamertag and ban it. Joining an Xbox party or not will not save you. But it's always better to not join random party invites until this thing wears off and Microsoft patches it.

An example of a game I play/ed is GTA. The only thing people interact with each other over is killing.. PvP. That’s about it.. I see so many people including myself just doing they’re own thing and not interacting with one another. Think it’s like that almost anywhere in the gaming space. I believe too much internet is really a bad thing and we should as society be trying to distance ourselves from being on the internet or relying on it for everything. But if we’re going to game might as-well try to make friends and do stuff with one another instead of just being anti social in a make believe world where you can do / be anything you want. Referring to any game, not GTA specifically

I actually know the src to these tools and have reported it to the Microsoft bug bounty program and they decline to patch it, all they need to do is change how they could fix it by checking the authorization token against the person who sent the request to create the party. that would not allow them to authorize and use any bugs in party but Microsoft would rather sit back.

I struggle with anxiety and OCD so whenever anybody has done this type of stuff to me in the past ive been terrified. Luckily when i came home from school and powered it on it was over at that point so it had no effect since i wasnt using it anyway. Often i think its just the bots that are hyper sensitive and flag completely appropriate text as inappropriote due to bad sensors. Other times its just bad mods, like the ones that keep banning Sacramento lol

I’m honestly just thinking of switching to PlayStation at this point. I have been on Xbox since the very first launch of halo 2 on Xbox. And I have worked my way up the Xbox chain. From Xbox, to 360, to Xbox one, to Xbox one x, and now the series x. Between hackers, possibly loosing my account, and halo the only Xbox game that matters turn to garbage. Honestly, it doesn't surprise me. Cheaters go above and beyond just to win a match. What's surprising is the effort these cheaters put in just to win something that doesn't pay or mean anything essentially. Literally, they do it for free or spend money just to cheat. Unfortunately, these are big problems for gaming. The more and more the possibilities increase, the more and more it'll be accepted. It is already widely amongst a big portion of the community. Even if regular Honest players just quit playing all together. Cheaters will still play, and it'll become the norm. Even Activision is allowing certain 3rd party programs in their competitions. That just blows my mind. The world had changed. Unfortunately, it's going down a dark road. If cheating is starting to be accepted in anyway shape or form. What will be the new rules? There are no rules? Making stealing Identification and banking information part of the game? This road never ends. But people don't care. Sadly, what's even worse. You can't trust anyone. Anyone could be cheating top players , bad players, you just never know anymore. 🤔 💯🤷‍♂️

Yeah they got me while i was playing mw2 (2009) i was in discord chat with friends not even in game chat. Not using any mods or anything just playing tdm. I get on the next day to see im suspended for 15 days on my account and Perma banned through my 360 profile. Unreal. And they denied my claim and gave no details why.

I've been banned for 6 months and they didn't tell me anything, they just showed up, I contacted them and they gave me the option to make a claim. Pat looked at my case and to no avail they told me it couldn't be reversed and that was it. I had no prior notices or anything and it makes me sad because I already had the account for more than 15 years.

exactly its easily detectable, the method he explains in the video is complete bogus reporting doesn't have a set amount of reports to ban someone, but when you report something over and over for the same thing than you will get banned but still looking over reports from spam accounts with 0 gamerscore is pretty detectable.
