@@deathclock9 so no. i only research black metal, rap, and thrash bands first, because of the high amount of bullshit there. or anything where i see red flags. like black suns, keywords, othala runes, etc. the first 9/10 Bands when you google "black metal" are literal nsbm nazi bands. most are openly nazi. and in thrash, theres like 40 percent have some sort of reactionary regressive bullshit. and rap, its nearly ALL sexism and homophobia. im not gonna sit there listening to eminem f@& bashing all day long.

I listen to the sounds mostly, and lyrics and message is an afterthought for me, since I can't understand most of it anyway. I try not to think about other people's views as they don't pay rent in my mind. I just listen to the sounds i like.
