My Daddy was known as JJ (James Joseph) - he was very wise and stoic - a lighthouse in my life as a single Mom and he was PopPop to my children. How I miss him - he passed at the age of 91 in 2019. He was a good moral man - teaching us how we should present ourselves in the world. Stern but in a quiet way - always there to listen to me and to help me and great times of need.

In a state of flux and trying to get clarification, I like to understand which means a lot of questions. I have met some beautiful people recenting and it has made me wonder about some things as they are very different from myself. Incorporating different methods that i am not used to using or considering has caused some tremors but i am finding a way to adapt to it. The shape shifting yes i have a lot going on and i am attempting to include what i need and move aside what i don't need for now. Yesterday i had a sudden burst of anger yet i did not feel that it originated with me it was if it came from the outside as if it were someone else's anger.
