Yes, physical therapy. Dropped it for a year because my spine shifted and the pain was too bad. Then my legs and hips started dislocating so about 6 weeks now eventhough I don'w want to, doing it anyway and feeling overall better but it is a 365 day commitment on inversion machines and stair climbers. This is all from domestic violence I don't normally mention it but you are picking up on it so wanted to clarify. You are right too, massive self-inflicted worthlessness dump last week cleansed the soul!

Thank you!! I’ve been having some difficult financial challenges the last 2 months. I’m glad you let us know we can cry or show other emotions when we need to! I’m always afraid I’ll be sending the wrong messages to the Universe. I’ve been manifesting my soulmate who I’ve been told shares my spiritual path and our shared soul purpose to aid in raising the consciousness of our Earth. I have a smaller park just a half mile from me. I have trees in my yard but there are many old sturdy oak and other trees at the park. One, I named Maggie, is a Magnolia tree. She wasn’t doing well this summer. We had temps in the 110s, blazing sun and little rain. Her leaves turned brown and she had huge black spots on her trunk. I sat with her and talked and prayed with her. A couple of weeks ago I was surprised to see that she had many green leaves. It’s great especially since it’s fall and trees are changing colors and losing their leaves. I’ve been connected to nature since early childhood! ❤😊

So my sadness at not having them close is making me cry a lot lately. Yes I am grieving i lost 2 dogs within 11 weeks apart. My first dog was sick q1 years old. My second dog was grieving for the first dog. On Dec 3. 2024 i thoight she was napping but she passed away at the age of 7 years old. Now I feel it's time to take care of me. To top things off im dealing with a very sick husband . I feel I will get through this. I'm just completing a International Life Coaching program. I thank God I took this class. Moving into a new direction to help Humanity.

I did see a frog in my yard. A few months ago. And saw a baby Frog too. A few days later too on my porch chair , im not near any pond ,, so i jus let the frogs be ,, jus hope the neighborhood cat from down. The block who comes pretty .much everyday and lives on my porch didn't bother the frogs ,, the bigger frog almost got ran over w my lawn mower ,, good thing i saw it and ..moved it , out of my fenced yard ,, then it was back a few days later ,, 😮 there's a racoon too that comes to eat the cat food i put for the porch cat , . Had to chase him away , would love to feed all animals in need ,, but poor ,, sorry to the racoon,, ❤

I have 2 sons that were born on the 13th of a month, and i was 18 when i had the first one. My first 13th son was killed on 3/3/19.
