I don't understand the agency having them on such a strict diet, I heard a member of a boy group also say they were onky allowed one small meal a day, food fuels the body, which in turn provides energy, of they're not eating well how will they have the energy to perform at their best? They're missing out on important nutrition which may negatively affect them later on, no one is saying they should eat junk but they should be eating a balanced meal. This can also cause issues with food later on where they might hate something so much that they can't even see it without it bringing bad memories.

Wow, how long ago was this show taped? Key’s hairstyle looks like one from a past SHINee era, and he talks about Jonghyun and Taemin being able to eat whatever they like. Of course, we all know that’s no longer the case for Taemin, and hasn’t been for a while.
