If you are actually depressed then it could end up hurting you more because you would be pretty much pretending to be somebody your not. I would also recommend getting help a therapist or something because it really does help

It's confusing to most people but to me it's like a flower slowly losing it's grip on reality before it dies but then it gets rebirthed into a happier being getting to live longer so the main message is that sadness is perfectly fine but never give up and cherish those moments of happiness like when you got something special or you had that one person who looked out for you like for me I'm always sad but then I remember that my grandfather was always there for me and he was my only friend so it's moments like that you need to remember but never be afraid to show natural human emotions to the public sometimes letting people know what's happening is the best medicine to your life. Never give up on life and make it your bitch. Remember people always love you even if they don't say it...
