I have returned from the long winter..
So - it's been forever. My sincere apologies everybody. This past month I've not only moved across the country but also started a new job so I haven't been able to devote as much time to editing while I've been getting settled. Such is life.
The bright side is that now I AM settled and can start returning to videos more frequently. I'm also going to be putting out a Q&A feedback video later this week since I'm now insanely close to hitting that 20K mark. So stuff is going to start ramping up soon! I made this tribute for WickedGeek since Lapis is her fav and she (Wicked) is awesome and deserves more love - go sub to her channel (www.youtube.co...! I don't normally re-use songs I've already worked with, but this chill cover had just the relaxing - emotional vibe this video needed.

I feel like Lapis has the saddest backstory out of all the characters. Being trapped and used as a tool for a war you weren’t even apart of. Having been left behind on an unknown planet you know nothing about, only to be discovered and mistaken as another tool. Having the chance to go home but only to find out it’s nothing like you knew before, and being forced in an abusive relationship, using every ounce of strength just to stop the enemy, not resting once and continuing to do this for several months. I don’t think any character in this show has had it harder than poor Lappy :(
