Yap a lot has changed with airlines. Some will allow you to travel to Uganda and get the visa at the airport and others won’t. They are trying to stay away from having to return you back to your country incase you are denied entry into the country

I noticed Qatar airways is very striked when it comes to documents, they made me miss my flight tiwce when returning to my birth country because I had a different passport. But the thing is that I have dual citizenship, now they couldn't believe it even after I showed them my citizenship documents for both countries. Probably because I'm black
