literally yr i truly agree with u....l left out by 1.25 marks and they didn't even consider me in reserve list....i mean people say clerk.....in our country getting clerk job has become difficult task.....the level of paper.....i gave clerk and po mains both and to be honest i didn't feel much difference i don't know what they are doing

one thing I agree with you is that the availability of the previous year paper. Even the cat paper is easily available after the exam. and all other major exams release their papers. and as you said this banking sector exam is not that very high level

Bank po is a very responsible job so interview is necessary bcoz u have to deal with customers.And most govt jobs can't even match the pay scale of bank po and even u know that.Thats why even with so much negativity of its work profile u are also aspiring for the same from past few years inspite of being a clerk..Apko to very closely pata hai work life balance in logon ka..

Lekin patience and smart thinking is the key to success for one's life. to be honest I was studying bcuz just to make my future bright and my children don't have to suffer from anything .so that's my motivation and At last i also want to tell you one thing..... Don't waste much time in Government exams cuz ....You can earn more in private sectors too... Most of the software employees do this thing..... Work for 10 years.... Investment and then can start a new business ..so if you want to earn more money you have to do business at the end ...or you have make proper investments ... It's just my words thanks

@@Deepakvis638 I agree ki last candidate jo select hua hai vo jyada capable raha hoga... But yeh logic tab sound karega jab margin 15-20 number ka ho. Mai khud b hard work pe believe karti hu aur apna 200% Dene pe yakeen karti hu but what about the situation where u miss the cutoff just by 1-2 marks, just because of luck or some others factors that are not in our hands? Like Prerna k case me b she said that the panel was quite satisfied with her, but what they did? I'm just saying life doesn't do justice everytime with your hardwork. But still I believe labour never goes in vain. You get paid where ur destiny has created space for you. Hope now I am clear with my point!

I needed 60 marks in interview. Interviewers gave me 51. My panel was very friendly, didn't ask any serious questions except my family background and HR question. Here's my learning for future: 1) try to max marks in mains, as interview is unpredictable. 2)Avoid experience videos and quora as they were mainly there for mass apeasement.

100% true.. I gave IBPS, SBI,RRB [po& clerk ] MAINS thrice. In interview I got rejected twice. At first interview they did not asked me about banking , whole interview went on personal life and i failed by 2 mark[interview]. Next year again I prepared well for interview but my lead in mains was less [3 marks]. And now this year i got rrb clerk. Idk what to do ,because I have studied really hard and this job is not up to the level of my hardwork. Now I am mentally not prepared to give all these exams again....But my mind is not accepting my failure..

I am in the mood of choosing a govt job which has 60% of the salary of a bank clerk having a 6 yrs job (caiib) and not took promotion as officer seeing stress levels at workplace

This is what I thought when I was preparing for banking exams.. That - Bank exams don't even come in " Toughest exams List " though they have such low cut off in Mains exam ( I thought of asking this to Interview Panel bcoz there is no one else to answer this )...you said it completely right that there is no Transparency of these examination as like in SSC 😢 such voice are need to raised for welfare for aspirant & we need more people like you. ( we expect this from our teacher's also but they think for their business before student's welfare ) But at the end... Sb bss apni sochte hai, or bss job lekr nikalna chahte hai. (sad reality)

All my friends who are in banks right now are totally frustrated. Especially the PO' s. Some of my friends even left the job and started preparing for State public sector examination in which they have a good work life The one who left recently was a very good student of our clas s . He left the job this month. Got selected in 2023 in bank PO. He told me itna mehnat krne k baad bas ye hi mila. He said the job is not worth it . Banking m inlg jo quants ka level daal rhe h wo to banking k syllabus ko hi contradict kr rha h jaisa ki maina m aa rha h .

Everyline of this video is true.. I've been preparing for this since last 4 yrs.. Unfortunately couldn't clear a single exam.. Dark reality pata hone ke baad bhi koi option nahi hai.. Banking jobs nowadays are based on sales only even you get a job through IBPS or SBI especially if you join as a PO .. If you cant generate business for them then they will transfer you after every 6 months with no promotion and lots of work loads...

Everyone knows that this job requires lot of hard-work even before they start preparing if they don't than they are fool who don't care to check what work they are going to do and you are joining a company not the government so u have to work, yaha par koi paise de kar sirf 8 ghante ka job to nhi karayega u have to prove ur worth by increasing bank customer base and profit nd yes Bank exam requires reforms but saying that interview is not required for PO job would be totally wrong.

Thank god i made my mind . I don't want to join Banks . Im not a bank aspirant (but about to start my bank prep) . Recently i cleared IB ACIO tier I . So bank to jana hi nhi hai(not becoz of your vedio but mene ek Bank Po se baat kiya tha he said ki aap SSC OR other exams ki prep krlo bank se acha . Thanks for making such eye opening vedio. Just a Random thought " maybe Job is not meant for you , i mean you born to be something else " . 🎉

Go through the syallabus of regulatory bodies like RBI, SEBI . In RBI grade A , written exam is also there , so these papers are also not that easy Number of seats are very very less like in SEBI it's arnd 300 all over india which varies every year But the salary and perks which these regulatory bodies problem are huge
