Perugia this year is terrific! A team full of stars, when you have a setter like Giannelli passing to some of the best attackers in the world it's very hard to stop them.

I don't think so. Time has shown that ZAKSA showed real power, eliminating Perugia and winning the very interesting final of the Champions League played against another Polish team, JSW

Also, I am a huge fan of Cuba's new generation team but have always preferred having Lopez play opposite on the national team instead of Herrera. But in the hands of a world class setter like Giannelli and a team like Perugia he's really bringing his A game and may force me to change my mind; monster player when used right 💪💪. Very strong Perugia team this. I'll be surprised if they don't win the champions league this season.

@@ar2rgski A Legal Technicality doesn't make anybody with common sens,categorize Leon volleyball,as Polish,since his academic Volley foundation is cubans,as it's the Volley Architectural Concept of Leal,Juantorena,Simon,Fernando and many others around the world ,equiped wih the Cuban style and athleticism. Leon became obviously more & more versatile with international experience,but in the Volley World,everybody knows "his foundation roots and real DNA". (Messi or Neymar,in the football soccer, or Shoei Otani in baseball,for instances aren't considered french or americans,even if they play and reside in those referencial countries, and even if maybe already or some day in the future,they could decide to obtain a binational status. 😇

I wish this Perugia team could have played the Sada Cruzeiro of a few years back with William, Evandro, Simon, Isac, Leal, Rodriguinho and Serginho that used to step all over a very in form Zenit Kazan then. Could have been a great match, not that this one wasn't.
