Please don't forget that the Under 17 and Under 20s no longer stay in the country like in the early 2000s to develop their talents. They are all playing overseas now so how do you develop them locally? Things have changed now so your suggestion won't work. Otto Addo is building the team and there is progress as their performance has improved a lot compared to the previous Coach. The Black Stars can easily beat Sudan in Libya in the next match. They dominate matches only that they can't score. They have to improve on their scoring.
