Our biggest issue is the sports journalist who had some of them compromised by the kabal of thieves at the GFA. Our sports can’t consistently stay on topic and most are afraid to do investigative journalism for fear of not getting visa opportunities with the GFA. Until they stand together and check the GFA and sports ministry, our football will die finally. we are at the brink of imment collaspse.

Saddick I remember you said we need to develop our youth team and improve our national league to produce players like muntari, essien and asamoah gyan but the players that we have now we need natural strikers like afena gyan and emmanuel yeboah because Jordan, inaki and semenyo are wingers. Only few players like alidu, djiku,Ibrahim sulemana, issahaku and kudus give 100% every night.

I have inside information that even at the World Cup he didn’t listen to George Boateng’s advice who is very competent. Against Uruguay they agreed on formation and team selection and he went to change it last minute. We didn’t need to win that game, a team was set up to counter Uruguay as we had lots of youngsters who can run their heart out. This is honest information So his excuse of his assistants not helping him does not hold substance. He has a German mindset, he is very stubborn.

How is a coach to instill discipline and change culture in a team if the leaders can decide when they feel like showing up for the national team? As a captain, your behavior should be exemplary. Yes, coaches have been changed multiple times, but the FA and the players have been constant. It's not a skill that wins games at this level; it's commitment and discipline. If we continue hero-worshipping and accept irresponsible behaviors from captains and players, we will continue to lose. It's important to establish clear expectations for the whole team, and the captain sets examples. I am in no way defending Otto, but we also have to speak about the behavior of players. I fully support his decision on Partey; he chose Arsenal over Ghana as a captain. What is a good coach to do? Some players do things they will never consider at club level. There are issues with the coach, FA, and players. Let us not leave the players out.

I don’t agree with you Saddick. You speak with so much conviction implying that the players are petty and emotional and are missing the bigger picture. Yes it may be tru. But do you really think those players are that childish to miss the bigger picture?!! Semenyo hasn’t pulled his weight because of a far more deeper concerns which have prompted him to care more about his career at club level. And that applies to most players. You haven’t even addressed how Ghanaians go at them when things go south. Ghanaians are not humble enough to accept defeat. Everyone is a coach and could have none better if they were on the pitch with the players. There may be management issues and drama but there is a far more deeper issues of rejection from us to them. They booed Kudus when he was going to take the penalty. Why?!! Let’s also address how spiteful we are as people towards them which is affecting them. Jordan and Ati Ziggi have an issue which has nothing to do with Otto. Djiku has an issue with some players’ attitude and commitment level on the pitch. So brother please do not restrict the ongoing issue to Otto’s inexperience as coach. It’s a culmination of many factors.
