I don’t think it’s fair to focus on only one stadium to play games. We have to ensure various parts of the country also have the privilege of hosting the senior national team and watching them play there. So at least two or more stadia should be in good shape not just one.

Hasn’t the team performed poorly and unattractive there too? The team is paid and managed with the tax payers money and if other stadia are in a good shape, games are to be played there too. There are a lot of factors that has made Kumasi a preferred stadium but that doesn’t stop other venues from being renovated and established as a haven for the team.

I think you have a solid point but the truth is we don’t even have one solid pitch. Therefore it’s only right to first and foremost secure one solid pitch, from there we can take that process and transfer it to other areas of Ghana. Maintenance is the major issue, I don’t trust us to maintain about 5 major stadiums to international standard just yet.
