Ananya you've done us proud. You handled the sky being a cloud. You were simple, submissive, pure and actively passive. Cool was your pace. . .you conducted with exuberance and grace. Be blessed and God bless your parents and grandparents!❤

Sadhguru namaskaram. As always your vision and perspective and the way you put across in simple, precise words that unravels a whole universe on the subject. Wrt "gen-z" imho, who ever had coined, I believe may have intended it as "gen-G", refering to "email-gmail-google-etc". As you know several science & technology inventions have marked or transformed lives of some generations like, paper, printing press, Bell-telephone, radio, tv, email and now whatever, perhaps AI. By natural trend of jaz-booz-doze, the G became Z, not necessarily last but "I-first". My father and his elder brother's kids went to school together and none of them thought they belonged to different generations. I think we can define gen-z as "when someone thinks - I am not gen-z but my sibling is" !!

I think its too harsh a comment.... I am very happy that being a daughter of Birla, she might have already known that a lot of things that will be said by Sadhguru might be opposite or somewhat not aligned with what the company is doing.... but she still had the wisdom to promote and learn from him, I bow down to her intelligence to see and do this talk.... A lot more will be inspired...Not reacting to your comment, but did not feel it is the one thing that should be picked out from all this

A lot of thoughtful insight on true leadership. It is only how we dispose of ourselves during the toughest and most challenging times that true Leadership comes out. We have a long way to go instead of imitating the West which treats Humans as resources and not Human-beings. Let's have the Bharat-way or Bharat-marg in defining a more Humane way i.e. Vasudaiva Kutumbakam.

Look at Ananya’s problems. She is finding difficult to negotiate between her mom’s birthday and a stupid board meeting. How difficult it is to say I’ll do what pleases me more. For example, it could be your mum’s birthday in this case. There are far bigger problems people negotiate on a day-to-day basis. Being a board member if she is not able to say that imagine the plight of an employee.
@urounofficial123211 ай бұрын
True😂. They'll anyways attend board meetings by solacing themselves with an idea of "it's for the greater good of humanity blah blah blah". Forget about employees, they'll be sleeping in the office itself.

Stop reading papers when some one is answering you! Just connect with him and ask questions accordingly. Sadhguru's answers went bouncers over her head , she didn't understand a thing. She was worried about how's she's carrying the interview instead of connecting with him. Felt like saying, said so. No harms meant to anyone!

I dont get, Sadhguru said in 18:00 -it's good to feel hurt when somebody's troubled in their life cos it make your humanity alive-. The interviewer made a follow up question -how much pain should we be feeling?- then sadhguru replied with his favorite answer - what happens within you must happen your way and we should choice to be blissful-. Aren't those two statements contradicting? Or am i missing something?
@jungp574911 ай бұрын
you can feel the hurt of someone else suffering, not closing your heart, but still be blissful within yourself
@mr.greengold823611 ай бұрын
Well her question was not exactly how much pain one should feel. It was about suffering and self loathing etc. Please search "Difference between suffering and pain by Sadhguru". That article may explain your confusion. Suffering is decided by oneself. Pain is natural.

We should never forget Shri Krishna foremost teaching, that KARM HEE PUJA HAI, nothing is above karma even our birthdays, the birthdays, anniversaries, which we celebrate today has no importance at all, it was never part of our culture , as by celebrating these days we give importance to us, but we are none , nobody, before our Ram ji, Krishna ji and many more countless great beings who had selflessly worked for our society, died for us. In our focus all our work should be in furtheration of DHARMA, work, service , empowerment of dharmic beings who are fortunate as we are.
