Sadhguru- How to be peaceful?

-The most basic requirement in your life.
- Everything that you ever experience happens from within ..
- how to attain ultimate peace?
- Stomach empty -only one problem, stomach full - 100 problems.
- what you call as human, is not going to settle by fulfilling your survival needs.
- "Is it true if you want to enjoy your lunch, if not joyful at least you must be peaceful? If you want to enjoy the people in your home, if you want to enjoy the people at work, if you want to enjoy the process of work, at least you must be peaceful. Isn’t it? Is this the ultimate goal of your life or is this the most basic requirement in your life? It is the most basic requirement. I really enjoy his speeches but I can't stand when he wants the audience to answer yes or no. They are there to hear him speak, they're job is to listen his job is to speak. That's the one issue I have with these types of speakers. I don't do crowd participation, just talk.

You handing over the only power that you have in this life to someone else is your problem and your problem alone. You can't control anything around you externally 100%, but what happens inside you you have 100% control over, but you decided to hand this control over to someone else, of course they will not waste that opportunity just because you have.
