I had a profound acid experience and can say it helped me fully understand this concept. I was immediately broken from a depression I was in and each day began doing things to better my self and my relationship with those around me.- buy hey could just be the cat playing games.

We don't have free will, we only have inner understanding. All our path is already destined, we can only choose to look at it with a different emotion. This is what Buddha taught. Men just changed it with time. All religions had no free will, it was all added later by men. It is the Higher self in it's "potentia absoluta" that shapes destiny. Free yourselves from concern, let go, let God. This is what Buddha taught, this is what Jesus taught, but it was buried to sell books. I know you agree Sadhguru, but you don't want to shock people. Namaste.

Every thought and action yields fruit (we define it good or bad depending on our likes & dislikes), we got to eat those fruits. Meanwhile we keep producing more & more fruits. Its a chain reaction. Want to break that chain? Get detached from the conscience of doer/ kartha. How? Refer "karma yoga" of Bhagavad geetha.🙏
