It is disingenuous of Sadhguru to think that the USA can change into a moral society and still remain the hegemon. Sadly, as adults we know that the world (not just Americans) is full of countries clawing for power. If not USA, it will be another superpower. The citizens have zero impact, as power now resides with corporations in the USA, and corporations seek profit - not morals. What is more likely is the fading of Western power over 2-3 decades, but with strife and war as power changes hands. I too think that American soft power is great, but economical misery in the country will wipe it out, as it was born in a climate of enormous economic gains for the people after WWII, which gave Americans a sense of personal power and strong identity. It is no longer true, as Western societies are in steady decline of morals and civility. Yes, its nice to hear Sadhguru's upbeat message, but the truth is, thst it is naive and facile

Incredible. This truth is one that any foremost government, empire, or country needs to understand. This speech could be applied to any empire throughout history (just change the name). Just because we are Indian, British, Baloch, Thai, etc does not mean we need to sequester ourselves and think of ourselves as the greatest. America is the world leader and by leagues at that. It sets the example and standard. However, it needs to be worthy of this from a social standpoint. Currently, it has earned this strictly from militaristic and financial standpoints.

Sadghuru I visit Isha in McMinnville Tennessee often and it has now been almost three months since my last visit, I only live about 40 mins from there. I go for day retreats and I enjoy the water offering and I always stay for dinner, which is the tastiest food that I have ever eaten. I always finish my meal, and I never feel too full, I feel satisfied. Thank you for creating such a sacred place for us to enjoy and for those that are opposed to it, they just do not understand and when someone doesn't understand something then they want to try and start rumors about it. The energy there is real, and those that do not feel it just aren't ready.
